Creator videos and reviews should show the relevant dish and reflect a genuine experience. Do not misidentify food, misrepresent restaurant relationships, conceal required sponsorship disclosures, submit duplicate or stolen footage, manipulate views or attribution, or coordinate fraudulent orders.
3. Respect intellectual property and privacy
Submit only content you own or are authorized to use. Obtain permission from recognizable people where required. Do not include private personal information or copyrighted music, footage, branding, or other material unless you have the right to do so.
4. Keep orders and interactions safe
Do not use Bitesurge to facilitate fraud, stalking, threats, dangerous activity, or unauthorized access. Do not publish false allergy or ingredient claims. Speak directly with the restaurant about serious dietary or allergy requirements.
5. Report and block
Use in-app reporting and blocking tools when available. For urgent concerns, contact safety@bitesurge.com. Reports should be made in good faith and include enough context for review.
6. Enforcement
Bitesurge and authorized restaurants may reject or unpublish videos. Depending on context and severity, Bitesurge may remove content, reduce distribution, restrict features, hold creator earnings, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve evidence, or contact authorities. We consider context, harm, intent, history, and applicable law.
